Taylor Swift creates history after claiming the top 10 Slots on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.
Taylor Swift’s latest album Midnights is setting fire to the global pop music scene. Swift created history after she claimed all the Top 10 slots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the US. Previously, Drake held the record for scoring 9 out of the 10 slots.
Post the news broke on the internet, Swift tweeted “10 out of 10 of the Hot 100??? O my 10th album??? I AM IN SHAMBLES,”.
“Anti-Hero” became the number 1 track to be placed on the Billboard Chart. The track has also become a Tik-Tok trend post its release. Her album “Midnights” has set a number of records together. The album had the biggest first week of sales of any album this year besides receiving the highest number of first-week streams in the year. And on the day of its release, it broke all global Spotify records for the most streams of a single album in one day.
Swift has also broken the previous record of the fastest succession of nine UK No 1 albums of any female artist which was previously held by Madonna. It has been 10 days since the upload of the official video of the Anti-Hero on Youtube and the star has already received 43 M views and 2.2M likes.
